Steve is our founder and commercial director with many years experience in agriculture, commercial, and specialist property lending, working with a number of large financial institutions in his long career of over more than 30 years in the industry, with the last 20 years in brokerage across northern Europe and the UK.
Steve has built up a reputation second to none as the go to person for Agriculture, commercial, and property lending. Utilising his vast knowledge and experience within the industry steve founded Lakeland Capital Finance, principally to lend directly to borrowers as a principal lender looking to finance property investment, farm and land purchases, or fund viable farm diversification projects across Lancashire, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire.
